IIM Lucknow IPMX Class profile 2020
The 12th IPMX batch of 2020 consists of 101 students that come from diverse backgrounds. The average work experience of batch 2020 is 8.3 years. With such a diverse pool of students, the IIM IPMX program provides an excellent peer-learning process.
The majority of the students are from IT Sector, followed by 16% from power/energy, 13% from consulting, 6% from manufacturing, 5% from PSUs, 2% from automobile and infrastructure, and the rest of 7% from other industrial sectors such as logistics, operations, catalog management, etc.
IIM Lucknow IPMX Admissions 2021
IIM Lucknow International Programme in Management for Executives – IIML IPMX is a flagship program that started in the year 2008, and since then ten batches have graduated.
It’s a one-year residential program offered at NOIDA Campus and is specially designed for mid/senior-level professionals to prepare them for leadership roles. The Association of MBAs (AMBA) has accredited the program.
The program targets business professionals and executives that want to upgrade their skills and knowledge to succeed in their plans.

Eligibility criteria
There are various parameters to be eligible for the IPMX program. If you are seeking admission in the IPMX program:
- You must be an executive with a bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent (10+2+3)
- You must have a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
- You must have a minimum of five years of full-time managerial experience after graduation (post-qualification) as of March 31, 2020
- You must have a valid GMAT score with a test taken during the last five years
Note: You can apply to the program free of cost. There is no application fee.
Admissions process
IIM Lucknow IPMX is known for its academic rigor which reflects in its selection process:
- Online Application Form: Firstly, the applicants need to fill out an online application form and submit it before the deadline, with scanned copies of all the documents in support of their eligibility.
Intake 1: Application deadline is 18th November 2020
Intake 2: Application deadline is 31st January 2021
- Letter of Recommendation: The applicant needs to provide the contact details and e-mail ids of two recommenders. The letter of recommendation needs to be submitted directly to the admissions office by the recommenders, after receiving an e-mail from the IIML admissions office
- Writing ability test and personal interviews: After submitting the online application form based upon the GMAT scores, shortlisted applicants need to give a writing ability test followed by a personal interview
- The offer of admission: By evaluating the following four components, candidates are shortlisted and provided with the offer of admission:
- GMAT Score: 30% weightage
- Academic and professional profile: 30%
- Written test: 10%
- Personal interview: 30%

There are two intakes for IIM Lucknow IPMX, and applicants can apply only in either of the two intakes.

IIML IPMX Fees- Cost of attendance 2020-2021
The program fee for the IPMX class of 2021 – 2022 is INR 23,50,000 in addition to INR 30,000 as a deposit (refundable deposit).
The fee charged is inclusive of four components:
- Tuition fee
- Basic student accommodation (on-campus)
- International module expenses (including travel, visa, academic charges and stay)
- Services such as career counseling, alumni association, library services, computing and networking, convocation, etc.
Note: Food and expenses during the international module on food, local transportation, telephone, etc. need to be borne by the student.
IIM Lucknow IPMX Placement 2020
IIML IPMX batch- 12 concluded the placement process with an average salary of INR 21.5 LPA. The highest salary of 52.96 LPA for the outgoing batch of 2020.
