The Post Graduate Programme in Management for Working Professionals (PGPpro) is an MBA equivalent program held during weekends (Executive MBA). The program is for mid-career professionals with 5 to 12 years of work experience.
ISB PGPpro applicants should have a desire to move up the ladder of success by undertaking rigorous study and at the same time not compromising their busy schedules. PGPpro helps in improving decision-making ability as well as building strong managerial skills.

Application Procedure for ISB PGPpro
The application process for ISB PGPpro is through an online application form that you submit over several sessions. Applicants can save and review the information before their final submission.
Applicants need to provide information such as academic certificates to their employment history. There is an online evaluation form that needs to be submitted for professional evaluations by previous employers/manager. Once the online application is submitted, shortlisted candidates attend an interview, and a decision is made within four weeks of completing the interview process.

Program Fee and Placement for ISB PGPpro
For the academic year 2020-21, the total program fee is ₹30,41,000, which includes admission and tuition fee. In addition to this, there is a refundable deposit of ₹20,000.
As the program allows the student to apply their learnings immediately in their organization, thus there is no placement process for ISB PGPpro.
ISB PGPMAX (Post Graduate Programme in Management for Senior Executive):
What is ISB PGPMAX, and Who is it for?
This program is for experienced professionals/ senior executive and business owners with 10 to 25 years of work experience (Global MBA). ISB PGPMAX helps in preparing an individual to become a global leader and provide career advancement with real-world relevance approach.
The curriculum is designed to provide a holistic education which focuses on developing leadership skills, critical and integrative thinking, global awareness, and ethical responsibility.
ISB PGPMAX follows a structured learning experience which comprises of classroom teaching, industrial visits, and stimulations (software’s that mimic real-life business situations).

ISB PGP MFAB (Post Graduate Programme in Management for Family Business)
What is PGP MFAB, and Who is it for?
ISB PGP MFAB is a 15 months course targeting applicants who want to learn concepts towards handing business and apply the same immediately without discontinuing their work. The idea of the program is quite similar to top global MBA programs.
ISB PGP MFAB is taught from an owner’s perspective and helps the applicant to build a network.
In addition to the management courses like accounting, strategy, marketing, finance, and leadership, PGP MFAB will focus on challenges related to the unique family business. The program includes international immersion which helps in both academic and experimental learning experience.
