We would like to inform you that on Thursday, May 23, we will be taking a scheduled outage from 7:30 AM IST to 1:30 PM IST to perform a significant upgrade to our technology infrastructure. Note, you will be able to log in to our platform once the upgrade is completed.
Why This Upgrade is Necessary
Our primary goals with this upgrade are to:
- Enhance Security: The upgraded infrastructure will offer enhanced protection against cyber threats, ensuring your data is safe and secure.
- Increase Speed: With the new improvements, you can expect a faster and more responsive platform, enabling smoother navigation and quicker access to resources.
- Prepare for Future AI Enhancements: This upgrade will make our platform AI-ready, paving the way for future updates that will bring advanced AI-driven features to support your learning journey.
Understanding the e-GMAT Platform
The e-GMAT platform is a sophisticated system comprising six different applications. These applications are designed to be fault tolerant and capable of handling peak loads, ensuring you have a seamless experience even during high-traffic times.
Applications #1 to #5 have been designed from grounds up by the e-GMAT team. Each of these applications integrates with our identity management solution to ensure that you get uninterrupted access through a single login. The entire set up is very similar to that of google apps where with one single identity, you enjoy multiple services such as Gmail, google drive, google docs, YouTube etc.
The Importance of this Upgrade
To ensure future upgradability, high availability, and to maintain our ability to enhance our offerings without needing additional downtime, this upgrade is essential.
