WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
In this session you will learn how to use the process to solve questions pertaining to modifiers. You will see how understanding the intended meaning helps with determining the role and usage of modifiers. You will solve questions pertaining to all sorts of modifiers – prepositional phrase modifiers, verb-ing modifiers, noun + noun modifiers. You will learn about scenarios in which one modifier works but the other does not. Overall, you will see how the e-GMAT 3 step process simplifies otherwise complicated questions.

At the end of this session you will gain confidence in solving questions involving complicated modifiers. You will also be able to eliminate incorrect choices that appear to be grammatical correct but change the intended meaning of the sentence. Overall your accuracy will improve
HOW WILL YOU LEARN?
We will discuss 7 full length questions, most of them 700+ level. For each question, which will include distinct modifier, we will focus on how to identify errors in the original sentence by understanding the meaning and by leveraging sentence structure. You will first attempt each of the questions above on your own. Then we will demonstrate how to solve each question using the e-GMAT 3 step process.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO BEFORE THE SESSION?
To make the most out of this session, you must have completed all modifier related concepts. You should have also read all the articles as prescribed in the study plan. Most importantly, after each application file, you should have solved the OG questions using the e-GMAT 3 step process.
