Their adherence to the laws were able to save adult sea turtles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-error-analysis\">Error Analysis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-sv-agreement-error\">SV Agreement Error<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The singular subject \u201ccompliance\u201d does not agree in number with the plural verb \u201cprotect\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P.S.: The usage of the word \u201crequiring\u201d calls for the usage of the subjunctive verb in the sentence. Therefore, we see the usage of the verb \u201cbe\u201d for the subject \u201cturtle-excluder devices\u201d.
