In a recent update, GMAC said that they&#8217;ll allow every test-taker 2 attempts on the GMAT Online starting September 23. Previously, test-takers were just allowed to take the <a href=\"https:\/\/e-gmat.com\/blogs\/online-interim-gmat-exam-at-home\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GMAT Online<\/a> once. Take a look at this 4-min video to learn more. <ins>Now GMAT online exam can be given 5 times in a year and 8 attempts in a lifetime<\/ins>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-latest-updates-on-gmat-online\">Latest updates on GMAT Online<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GMAT Online retest will be available starting Sept 23, 2020, 12:01 am Eastern time i.e. 9:31 am IST. We are waiving the one-time limit on the GMAT Online exam, so you now have the option to take the GMAT Online exam an additional time.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-when-can-you-schedule-your-gmat-online-retake\">When can you schedule your GMAT Online retake?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will now be allowed to take 5 attempts at the GMAT online exam in a year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-will-your-score-be-recorded\">How will your score be recorded?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-higher-score-on-the-additional-attempt\">Higher Score on the Additional Attempt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you score a&nbsp;<strong>higher GMAT Total Score<\/strong> on your retest GMAT Online exam attempt, your score will be available to you within 7 business days in your mba.com account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your new, higher score will replace the prior score displayed in your mba.com account. If you previously selected any programs to receive your first GMAT Online score, your new, higher score will be automatically sent to these programs. You will also have the option to send your new score to additional programs at no additional cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Important note: Although your higher score will be sent automatically to your schools (previously selected for your prior GMAT Online Exam score), we recommend you follow up directly with your schools.
