In 2019, 39% of female students enrolled in the top MBA programs as per the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/more-women-pursue-m-b-a-as-elite-schools-step-up-recruiting-11573036204\" rel=\"nofollow external noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">Wall Street Journal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, many elite b-schools have stepped up their recruitment to target female students. For example, <a href=\"https:\/\/maizepages.umich.edu\/organization\/mbwbba\" rel=\"nofollow external noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">Michigan Business Women (BAA)<\/a> student organization at Michigan Ross offers opportunities to network with alumni and provide resources to be successful.
